LOCAL PRODUCERS ON THE ISLAND

They cultivate their island, we love their products, so don’t hesitate to treat yourself!

MILK BREHATINES
Direct sale of dairy products: raw milk, raw butter, raw cream, rice pudding, salted butter caramel, plain fromage blanc, herb fromage blanc, milk jam, ice cream made with good farm milk.
At the farm on Tuesday and Saturday mornings
In the village square: Thursday mornings all year round and Sunday mornings (from Easter to All Saints’ Day).
July and August: every afternoon 3pm-5pm

VEGETABLES FROM GAEC DE KERVILON
Three women farmers have joined forces to set up the GAEC de KERVILON in the northern part of the island. They grow good organic fruit and vegetables for a permanent market, where locals and tourists alike do their shopping on their way back from a walk to the Peacock lighthouse. They also
sell a few processed products (seaweed and homemade preserves). All you have to do is help yourself and leave the money in the can!

OYSTERS FROM ARTHUR DAIGRE
Wonderful oysters to eat in or take away, direct from the young producer Arthur Daigre, who owns his oyster beds north of Béniguet. You’ll find his local oysters at the market on Place du Bourg every Saturday, in some of the island’s restaurants and at the annual Festival Les Scènes de Bréhat in July.

LA BIERE DE BREHAT
La bière de Bréhat joins the dynamic family of artisanal microbreweries in Brittany. It is made and bottled on the island by Sébastien Lecerf. The three beers - the white Marémotrice, the blonde Indomptable and the red Culminant, with their pretty colored drawings on the label - all refer to the emblematic sites of the island of Bréhat: the Birlot mill, the Peacock lighthouse and the Saint-Michel chapel. Drink in moderation!
