FARES AND TIMETABLES ARE GIVEN FOR INFORMATION ONLY AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME DUE TO BAD WEATHER, HIGH TIDES OR ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES. The carrier is not bound by any guarantee of timetables or transport deadlines.

The liability of the carrier is governed by law n°86-1272 of 12/15/86. London Convention and other amending texts. VAT, usage tax and duties port charges (which may be modified depending on the economic situation and the institution of the environmental tax on the islands known as the Barnier Law) are included in these prices.

• Price

Ticket prices (face value) are indicated in euros, all taxes included.

Charges included in your ticket:
– Fee for use of port facilities (CCI and Customs): €1.00 excluding tax
– VAT: 10%
– Environmental tax on maritime passengers bound for the island of Bréhat: 7% of the price of the one-way ticket excluding VAT.

Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable.
Any lost or stolen ticket cannot be refunded or exchanged.

• Availability

Ticket purchases are made in real time. In this context, our server informs you in real time about the availability of tickets when you place your order.

• Payment

We remind you that confirming your order implies your obligation to pay the price indicated.

Payment for your purchases can be made using the payment methods accepted on the site http://www.vedettesdebrehat.com.

You can pay for your purchases on our site by credit card. Payment by credit card allows you to purchase your tickets online and immediately. The cards accepted for payment of an order at the ticket office are cards from the Carte Bleue / Visa and Eurocard / Mastercard networks.

• Confirmation of purchase

Your ticket order is only definitively confirmed and binding on SAS LES VEDETTES DE BREHAT upon receipt of the e-mail confirming that the transport ticket order has been validated.

Therefore, we invite you to check your email.
To be valid, your ticket must be:
– printed on a white A4 sheet, blank front and back.
– presented on your phone; make sure you can open a pdf document

• Cancellation, refund, use

No right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, transport tickets are not subject to a right of withdrawal. A ticket cannot be refunded even in the event of loss or theft, nor taken back or exchanged except in the event of cancellation of a departure. In the event of cancellation, only the price of the ticket will be refunded. This reimbursement will only be made in favor of the initial purchaser against surrender of the ticket. In any case, no costs of any nature whatsoever will be reimbursed or compensated.

The shipping company reserves the right, without notice, to cancel an excursion or modify its schedules (weather conditions, technical problem, insufficient attendance).
Weather conditions are likely to deteriorate during the day. The Shipping Company may then make the decision to organize the return (partial or complete) by land (e.g. coach). No requests for refunds (or ticket renewals) will be accepted.

Changing the transition date is free of charge and valid until December 31 of the year in which the securities were purchased.

AFTER THIS DEADLINE, YOUR TICKETS CANNOT BE USED.
During quota periods, where your passage date must be the one appearing on your ticket, a date change can be made up to the day before the date of the initial ticket.

• Applicable law - Disputes

Ticket sales referred to herein are subject to French law.
