Creation of your insular card in 2026

Below you will find the insular card application form. You can also collect it in paper form from the Arcouest ticket office.

INSULAR CARD REQUEST FORM

For the moment, the complete file must be submitted to the Vedettes de Bréhat ticket office at the tip of Arcouest, or sent by email to the followinf adress : contact vedettesdebrehat.com. We will take care of transmitting these elements to the Brittany Region for examination of the file.

As a reminder, the island rate is allocated to any natural person proving their tax domiciliation as their main residence in the commune of the island of Bréhat. The island card will be granted based on the conformity of the documents provided by the applicant.

Reewing your insular card

Case 1: You applied for and received your card after january 2022, and you wish to renew your card in 2026: all you need to do is send us your new 2025 tax notice (based on 2024 income).

Case 2: You applied for a card before 1 January 2022 and have never filled in the form for the Brittany Region. In this case, you must fill in the card application form and attach the documents requested.

I purchased a ticket online for a crossing from l'Arcouest to Bréhat but I want to change the date of outgo or return. how to proceed ?

Les vedettes de bréhat operate without reservation for departures from pointe de l'Arcouest. Therefore, the date indicated on your tickets is for information only, but you can use your tickets on another date during the current season. This does not apply during the visitor regulation period from july 22 to august 23, monday to friday when you are asked to respect the date appearing on your ticket.

I can't select a time when purchasing online.

This is normal: the company les vedettes de Bréhat does not operate by reservation. Open tickets allow you to take any featured time on the day you select. All you have to do is buy your tickets with the date of your arrival and present yourself 20 minutes before the desired departure time at the ticket office with your printed tickets.
In case of high attendance, we increase the number of departures, which guarantees you a place aboard one of our speedboats.

I did not receive my online tickets in my mailbox, what should i do?

If you have not received the confirmation email in your main mailbox, first check your spam (unwanted mail).
If you cannot find the email in your spam folder, please send us an email with the reservation number that you will find in your credit card payment receipt so that we can send you your tickets.

should you reserve your crossing?

For crossings departing from arcouest: the company les vedettes de Bréhat does not take any reservations for less than 20 people. All you need to do is show up 20 to 30 minutes before your departure time and collect your tickets from the ticket office if you have not purchased them online. In case of high attendance, we increase the number of departures, which guarantees you a place aboard one of our speedboats.

For other crossings (Pléneuf Val André, St-quay-portrieux, Binic, Erquy, Paimpol): reservations must be made either online on our website or in the relevant tourist offices. For the trieux climb and the visit to the château de la Roche-Jagu: reservations must be made either online on our website or by telephone at the Vedettes de Bréhat ticket offices.

How to cross with a person with reduced mobility (in a wheelchair)?

Manual wheelchairs are accessible on our speedboats. however, the conditions on the holds are not optimal at low tide (presence of steps on Bréhat). We advise you to contact our ticket office between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to find out the most suitable day and times for your outing.

Free passage of standard strollers.
Strollers over 70 cm wide are not accepted.

Dog access

Return crossing: €3.00/animal
This fare applies in all other cases, regardless of the size of the animals. animals must be kept on a leash on the holds and for the entire duration of the journey. Animals are prohibited from sitting on seats reserved for customers.
The passage of animals of permanent residents of the island who hold the island card remains free.

Group welcom

Reservation required from 20 people, payment of 30% deposit required upon reservation. Free: one driver per coach, one activity leader for 20 adults or for 8 children in school groups.

Passage of bicycles
